REFUND/RETURN POLICY

1 Putting in a Product Order

1.1You may order Products by using the Site to select and place your order in line with these terms and conditions.

1.2 Any order for a Product placed through this Site constitutes an offer by you to acquire the Product for the price indicated at the time of the order (including delivery and other costs and taxes).

1.3 In order to process any orders done through the Site, we may ask you for additional information or require you to confirm your information.

1.4 When the Site requests it, you agree to supply us with current, complete, and accurate information.

2 An order's acceptance or rejection

2.1 We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including if the requested Product is not available, if the pricing or product description given on the Site is incorrect, or if there is an error in your purchase.

2.2 When you place an order for Products through the Site that we accept, you and we enter into a separate binding agreement for the supply of the Products. We will supply the Products in each order that we accept to you in compliance with these terms and conditions.

2.3 If we reject an order placed through the Site, we will try to tell you at the time you place the order or within a reasonable period after you submit it.

3 Cancelling a purchase

3.1 We may cancel an order (including any orders we have accepted) at any time without incurring any liability to you if: (a) the requested Products in that order are not available; or (b) there is an error in the price or product description posted on the Site in relation to the relevant Product in that order; or (c) there is an error in the price or product description posted on the Site in relation to the relevant Product in that order; or (d) there is an error in the price or product description posted on
(c) the order was placed in violation of the terms and conditions.

3.2 If we cancel an order for the following reasons:

(a) clause 3.1(a) or 3.1(b) (where a product is unavailable, or a pricing or product description error exists): we will give you reasonable notice of cancellation and will not charge you for the cancelled order. If you paid for the cancelled order, the full amount, including any Delivery Fee and other fees and charges, will be reimbursed to your original payment method or any other method agreed on.

3.3 You have the following options for cancelling an order (whether or not it has been accepted by us):

(a) through the Site up to 30 minutes after placing the order. If this is the case, there will be no penalties or costs associated with the cancellation; or

(b) in all other cases, by calling us at 0468 472 835 during Contact Hours. In this case, if you cancel an order that has already been accepted, you will be charged a fee.

(i) We may charge you a cancellation fee of the lesser of $10.00 or the costs to Patel Online arising from the cancellation plus the charges for any perishable Products that were ordered if you cancel it after 30min of placing the order.

3.4 If you cancel an order for which we have collected payment, the whole payment amount will be reimbursed to your original payment method or through an agreed alternative way, including any Delivery Cost and other fees and charges other than any fee required under section 3.3(b).

4 Refunds/Returns

If a Product given to you under these Terms and Conditions is defective, you may:

(i) request a refund

(a) return it to our Harris Park Branch, 85-87 Marion St, Harris Park, NSW - 2150.

(b) arrange to return the Product by calling our Customer Service number within 5 hours of the delivery time if the items are Fridge or Freezer Items and within 24 hours for any other items. In this case, you may return the Product to us as per arrangements made.

Within 2 business days of receiving confirmation from the driver or branch, that the goods have been received, we will reimburse or credit your on-line account with us as per agreed mode.

(ii) request a replacement of the product and we will do our best to replace the product in timely manner and we may request the defective product at the time of replacement.
